- How long does it take to get my order shipped?
- It usually takes 2 weeks after finalizing your order to get it on the ocean. Intermediate steps include:
touch up and inspection, photo taking, packing, fumigation, customs clearance, inland transit to port, etc.
- What port do you ship out of?
- We ship out of Xingang, Tianjin.
- What is your minimum order?
- The minimum order is one 20' container. Special requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Can we go to your factory and choose raw pieces from your inventory for you to refurbish, retouch, and then ship?
- Yes, that is very possible. Many of our customers take trips out to our factory to personally choose pieces for their order. We can help arrange with housing, transportation, and even entertainment.
- Is your furniture really antique or is it newly made?
- We renovate old pieces, as well as make new pieces from old wood. We DO NOT make new furniture with kiln dried wood, only from naturally aged, old wood.
- Can I custom design a piece of furniture?
- Yes you can design your own piece of furniture, as long as the order meets the minimum order requirements.
